By placing an order with Fabric Romance, you agree to pay for the goods at the prices shown, as well as any stated delivery charges. We will send you an email to acknowledge that we have received your order and it is being processed, but this is not to confirm that we have accepted your offer to purchase from our website. 

Once dispatched, you will receive an email letting you know that the order is on its way to you. Then and only then will a contract between you and Fabric Romance exist and the contract be considered accepted and complete. 

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products. Accordance with Specification: All descriptive matter, drawings, pictures, colours, specifications and advertising on the website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the products. 

Fabric Romance will strive to fulfil every order. In the event that there is a problem with your order, we will notify you using the details you provided. In the unlikely event of your ordered product being out of stock, we will offer you an exchange or refund. If agreed by you and us, we may be able to fulfil your order at a later date when stock is received.

Under the European Directive on Distance Selling you have a statutory right to return goods purchased online within 14 days of receiving your order. Note this does not include fabric cut by the metre as this is a personalised item. During this cooling off period you are entitled to receive a full refund including delivery charges. This fourteen day period begins the day after you receive the item(s) from us. You may return the item(s) by post (cost of return postage will not be refunded, we strongly recommend you use a tracking service to return goods by post). Please notify us in writing within fourteen working days of receiving item(s) that you wish to cancel your order. 

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with all of the original packaging.

We do not accept returns for fabric cut by the metre, sale items and remnants. Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty. The above does not affect your statutory rights. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns information for further details.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in Euro and are inclusive of Irish VAT at the current rate but exclude delivery charges. 

You will be responsible for the payment of any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country.
