DELIVERY

COVID-19 Update:  We have temporarily reduced our shipping rates to UK and EU. We are currently only shipping via AnPost. Please check AnPost for up to date information which countries are currently being dispatched to:  https://www.anpost.com/Coronavirus/Mails-Parcels-services  

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. Orders will be sent out with AnPost. Delivery times depend on destination. If there is an issue with your order we’ll get in touch by phone or email.

*Postage to Europe is charged at 7.00 EUR for parcels up to a maximum of 5kg.  We also deliver to countries outside of Europe with a shipping cost of 20.00 EUR to a maximum of 2kg and 29.00 EUR to a maximum of 5kg.
Quoted rates are subject to shipping being possible to the specific country within a reasonable time and for a reasonable cost. If you place an order and the shipping is not possible we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide you with a refund.
For shipments outside of EU please be aware that you may be charged local customs and tax. 

** All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. We have no control over delivery times and can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. 
 

PACKAGING

We use mailing bags made from 100% recycled plastic for your orders. These bags are also 100% biodegradable.  In keeping with our commitment to choosing the most sustainable options possible, we will be switching to more eco-friendly and recyclable kraft paper mail bags. We will do this once we we have used up our current supply of recycled plastic mail bags.

RETURNS

We offer a 14 day return & refund policy on all non-personalised items and from the day you receive your order. As all fabrics are cut to order we do not offer refunds on these products unless they are sent to you faulty or damaged. Please note, we do not accept returns for sale items & remnants.

In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty or damaged product, or you have changed your mind about the non-personalised goods (provided its unopened and in original packaging), please get in touch with us and send your purchase to the address provided within 14 days with a short cover note along with your Order Number. We recommend sending any returns by recorded delivery so that you have a proof of postage - we will reimburse this postage cost if the product is found to be faulty or damaged. Request a Swatch/Sample

We understand that buying fabric online can be tricky. Pictures and words can only convey so much about a fabric and sometimes you just need to see and feel a fabric to know if it will work for your project. For that reason we are offering a swatch service:  >>>  Click here  <<<

You can request up to 4 swatches for a delivery fee of €1.50.

List the names of the fabrics clearly in the comments box on the checkout page.

Note, if we are running low in stock for a particular fabric (2 metres or less) we may not be able to accommodate your request. Please look at the availability before requesting a sample.
