4-hole corozo classic shirt button with rim. Eco-friendly and highly durable. GOTS organic certification approved. 

Corozo comes from the nuts of the tropical Tagua trees and is often referred to as “vegetable ivory” thanks to its natural colour and durable properties. The nuts originate in South America and are harvested naturally, as they only fall to the ground once ripe, meaning that no deforestation or unethical intervention is necessary.

Corozo buttons are 100% natural and biodegradable and a brilliant alternative to plastic.

These buttons have a beautiful natural grain marbling that is especially noticeable when dyed and gives each button a unique appearance.

Care Instructions:  Wash at 30˚C. Do not to wash any darker coloured garments with garments made with these buttons, in case of possible dye transfer. Do not leave buttons to soak for extended periods of time.
