We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. Orders will be sent out with AnPost. Delivery times depend on destination. If there is an issue with your order we’ll get in touch by phone or email.

*Postage to Europe is charged at 9.00 EUR for parcels up to a maximum of 5kg. We also deliver to countries outside of Europe with a shipping cost of 25.00 EUR to a maximum of 2kg and will be in touch to confirm cost of shipping if the weight of the parcel exceeds 2kg.
Quoted rates are subject to shipping being possible to the specific country within a reasonable time and for a reasonable cost. If you place an order and the shipping is not possible we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide you with a refund.
For shipments outside of EU please be aware that you may be charged local customs and tax.
** All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. We have no control over delivery times and can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.
In keeping with our commitment to choosing the most sustainable options possible, we have switched from single use plastic mail bags to more eco-friendly, recyclable and biodegradable kraft paper mail bags. For larger orders we use kraft carton boxes and kraft packing tape with a rubber based adhesive.
We offer a 14 day return & refund policy on all non-personalised items and from the day you receive your order. As all fabrics are cut to order we do not offer refunds on these products unless they are sent to you faulty or damaged. Please note, we do not accept returns for sale items & remnants.
In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty or damaged product, or you have changed your mind about the non-personalised goods (provided its unopened and in original packaging), please get in touch with us and send your purchase to the address provided within 14 days with a short cover note along with your Order Number. We recommend sending any returns by recorded delivery so that you have a proof of postage - we will reimburse this postage cost if the product is found to be faulty or damaged.
