Request a Swatch/Sample
We understand that buying fabric online can be tricky. Pictures and words can only convey so much about a fabric and sometimes you just need to see and feel a fabric to know if it will work for your project. For that reason we are offering a swatch service: >>> Click here <<<
You can request up to 4 swatches for a delivery fee of EUR 2.
List the names of the fabrics clearly in the comments box on the checkout page.
Note, if we are running low in stock for a particular fabric (2 metres or less) we may not be able to accommodate your request. Please look at the availability before requesting a sample.
For their 4th issue TAUKO Magazine invite you to slow down and take a look at what grows right next to our feet. The issue is dedicated to the fungi world, understanding mycorrhiza and introducing the basics for creating natural dyes with mushrooms. The magazine features ten sewing patterns by independent designers inspired by the fungi and plant world. Making use of soft linen, wool, poplin and hand dyed fabrics the dresses, trousers and jackets come with many variations for differently skilled sewists. All patterns come in 9 sizes from bust width 31” / 78cm to 57.5” / 146cm.
TAUKO Magazine is a pioneering independent print publication for home sewists around the world. The vast horizon of crafts, culture and climate is featured in sewing patterns, interviews, columns, articles, tips and recommendations by international contributors.
This collectable quarterly magazine contains 128 pages, with a modern aesthetic, that measures 275mm high x 215mm wide. There are four folded paper pattern sheets included with the magazine. It is printed in Estonia with a glue and stitch binding to secure durability and easy reading.
